This is the maximum allowed under Florida law for each individual notarized act (e.g., signature, oath, acknowledgment).

• 0–10 miles ($30) 
• 11–20 miles ($45)
•  21+ miles (Starting at $60)

Travel fees apply per appointment, regardless of the number of signatures.

• Wait Time (after 15 mins)- $20 per 15 minutes 
  • Charged if signer is not ready after 15-minute grace
• After-Hours Service -+$25
  • Applies after 7:00 PM, weekends, and federal holidays
• Emergency / Same-Day Rush- +$30
  • Guaranteed same-day appointments or within 2 hours
• Printing Documents - $1  per page
  • For document preparation if files are sent electronically
• Scanning/Emailing Documents-$1 per page
  • Scanned and emailed copies after notarization
• Witness (if not provided)- $50 per witness
  • Flat rate per witness arranged by the notary
